FAQ's - Shipping, Delivery, Wholesale, Commission and Returns!

Processing + Packaging Time:

*updated fall 2024 - please read carefully!*

All orders are packaged and shipped within 1-2 weeks out of Winnipeg, Manitoba. Orders containing hand-beaded jewellery are often made to order - the process can take up to 3 weeks to ship your order. We currently only ship within Canada & USA. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

Domestic Shipping:

• $10.00 flat rate standard shipping on all orders across Canada.
• FREE shipping is provided on all Canadian orders over $100.00 (before taxes). 

Jewellery + Stickers + Handmade:

• All orders containing exclusively jewellery, stickers or both will be sent FREE shipping via letter mail. We are not liable for any damages that occur - feel free to message us if you would like to pay for untracked oversized letter mail with bubble-wrap insulation. REMINDER: orders containing beaded jewellery are often made to order - this will increase packaging time up to 2/3 weeks. Please plan accordingly!

International Shipping:

• $15.00 flat rate expedited shipping on all orders across the United States.
• FREE shipping is provided on all USA orders over $150.00 (before taxes).
• The customer is responsible for any additional fees that may apply to their package once it arrives in their country (taxes, duties & brokerage). 
• All sales to the United States are FINAL SALE.

Eagle Woman Prints is not responsible for change of address or packages lost or delayed in the mail system.

Bulk/Wholesale Order:

• We'd love to be featured in your shop! 
• Please view our account on Faire Wholesale for our full catalogue and pricing structure for wholesale orders.
• Bulk orders for non-profit organizations can contact us directly at aaniin@eaglewomanprints.com for more information.
• Note: for bulk and wholesale orders, extended shipping and handling times will apply.

Custom/Commission/Graphic Design Work:

• Please fill out this form to begin the process for custom/commission/graphic design work! We are so stoked to work with you :) 

Free Local Pickup:

• We no longer offer consistent local pick-up as we are working a travel-based job.
• If you are not in a rush to pick up your order, we can offer free local pick-up (within 2 weeks to a month of your order date - eek we know it's not super convenient, but we are doing our best to navigate this new schedule!)
• We thank you for your understanding!

Local delivery available within Winnipeg city limits! We are excited to get your prints and goodies to you - but it’ll be a bit of a wait.

We currently only deliver one or two days a month - so keep an eye on your inbox for upcoming delivery days! 

Please leave us a comment in the “notes” section (or send us a quick email/DM!) regarding any specifics for your home delivery (ie, door codes, unit numbers, or if we should leave it hidden under your potted plants!)

As stated above, it could up to 3 weeks before your order is on your doorstep! Thank you for your patience - we can’t wait for your delivery to arrive! 

Returns:

• We are currently only accepting returns on a case-by-case basis.
• Returns will be issued by store-credit only.
• In cases of damaged frames or glass, please take photos and send them to us directly. We are happy to replace or refund you for the damaged frame.
