Shipping and Delivery Policy

Processing + Packaging Time:

All orders are packaged and shipped within 1-5 business days out of Winnipeg, Manitoba. Orders containing hand-beaded jewellery are often made to order - the process can take up to 2 weeks to ship your order. We currently only ship within Canada & USA. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

Domestic Shipping:

• $10.00 flat rate expedited shipping on all orders across Canada.
• FREE shipping is provided on all Canadian orders over $100.00 (before taxes). 

Jewellery + Stickers + Handmade:

• All orders containing exclusively jewellery, stickers or both will be sent FREE shipping via letter mail. We are not liable for any damages that occur - feel free to message us if you would like to pay for untracked oversized letter mail with bubble-wrap insulation. REMINDER: orders containing beaded jewellery are often made to order - this will increase packaging time from 1-5 business days to up to 2 weeks. Please plan accordingly!

International Shipping:

• $15.00 flat rate expedited shipping on all orders across the United States.
• FREE shipping is provided on all USA orders over $150.00 (before taxes).
• The customer is responsible for any additional fees that may apply to their package once it arrives in their country (taxes, duties & brokerage). 
• All sales to the United States are FINAL SALE.

Eagle Woman Prints is not responsible for change of address or packages lost or delayed in the mail system.

Free Local Pickup:

• Curbside pickup is available for ALL purchases within the city of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
• The location will be in Corydon Area.
• We will contact you to arrange a pick-up window.

Returns:

• We are currently only accepting returns on a case-by-case basis.
• Returns will be issued by store-credit only.
